Lou and Sue Caplan
Black Mountain, North Carolina

Thank you for helping us make our dream home a reality.  You were so accessible during the planning stages, helping modify the design to fit our needs.  Since we were building from Florida, with little time to be on site, the project was in your hands.  we set up a couple conference calls for some of the major decisions and appreciate the fact that we didn’t have to leave work to make visits to the building site.  The house was built entirely on e-mail and picture mail as well as a few phone calls.  Thanks for delivering the finished log home BEFORE the promise date, allowing us to spend our first Thanksgiving in the mountains.  It is more beautiful than we ever imagined it would be.

The quality of the craftsmanship is amazing.  The subcontractors were the best in the area and meticulous not to mention immaculate.  We continually get compliments on the quality of the trim work and design elements.  We have also had numerous compliments on the stonework, wood floors, stairs and the tile.  the kitchen is amazing; all the cabinetry details are there to make it special.  Also, we want to thank you for building the extras when we needed it–like the deck for the hot tub and the fence to go around it.

We also would like to thank you for keeping our budget in mind and always having that information available.  There was an encyclopedia of options available to bring our numbers in line.  It was a pleasure working with you and without a doubt we always will recommend you highly.”
