General Construction Consulting 

Steve is available for general consulting services for all areas related to residential new home construction or remodeling. Typical consulting may include a general overview of an upcoming project, or more detailed information which may include plan review, recommendation for general contractors or individual subcontractors, or advice on permitting requirements.  

The general consulting fee is $175/hour.  If preferred, a review of your project and scope of consulting work desired can be completed, and a turnkey consulting price, along with a written scope of work can be provided.  Please call or email to discuss the options that best fit your needs
